Penang Trip - Swimming

This whale is big hor and we have a rhino and a tortoise. But I prefer to go without all of them.

We swim twice during our 3 days trip.

We didn't take any foto as Justen wants us to accompany him... Initially he refuse to go into the pool but after playing with him on the edge and kicking water he even try to venture out of BB pool trying to go to the adult one to play with uncle Vincent and his girlfriend. But rejected by us lah. He enjoy the pool so much that make a real fuss when we bring him out of the pool.

Penang Trip - Missing Miki

We didn't really shop on this trip as our main reason to Penang is to visit our parents and let Justen see his granny. Only bought him 1 set of cloth at Miki House. This brand don't distribute in Singapore but they have very nice clothing from Japan. We are so sad when we realise it is gone. Can't really remember where we misplace it. Haiiz really disappointed, got him a noti set, is a singlet with Pirates Prints and a shark logo and a short with the same theme. But don't think will get another set as it is quite costly. 8(

Penang Trip - Food Feast

Kookookee - Chicken Wings
Mama promise me to buy me kookookee during dinner, and I keep remind her again and again until she bought it. The place they had their dinner don't sell those BBQ chicken wings so yeye brought us to another place to get them for me. Yeah 8)

Kopi
I never taste it before, at least when my parents are around, but I know what is it. My parents suspect I get to know it at Nanny's house and they don't believe that I never try it before as when yeye let me try their drink, I rejected his milk tea but didn't reject my daddy's coffee.

Wan Tang Mee
This is one of Malaysia specialist, I love it a lot the mee is very Q and we got to eat it with black sauce.

Pan Cake
Queenway Bay is a shopping centre bigger than Vivio City, but my parents don't really go there for shopping they love their Pan Cake Speciality Shop. We have a great time eating a Sinful Pancake fruity Dessert with Ice cream and A Pan Cake Beef Burger. They are really yummy.

Jenni Cake
Mommy asks around for good cake in Penang and she got the same answer from her counter part and Uncle Vincent's Girlfriend, they both recommand Jenni's Cake, my parents love their chocolate Rum not a bad choice after all 8)

What I miss 8(
I saw Daddy enjoying his Penang Laksa which he refuse to let me try a bit. SO SAD... (Come to Penang but can't eat Penang Laksa)

Curry Mee, not like Singapore which have very thick gravy this one is lighter but more spicy.

Penang Trip - Animals

Justen:-I got to see animals in Penang, not those in the zoo, I saw a few cows eating grass near my granny's house not those Paper cow which we can see along expressway what I see are real cow, interesting right. Yeye brought me see Monkey too, they are wild animal they lives near the botanic garden there are a lot of them in the park. We didn't got to go down to touch them but I am happy enough to see Monkey running and playing wildly in the park. Although initially I tot they are "DOG". Others than that I see birds, cats and dogs very often too. I get to see real lizards too but they are fast runner so I didn't really see their look so I still wander what they look like.

Penang Trip - 找爷爷

找爷爷，找爷爷。。。 This is what he likes to say before visiting his granny. And he finally see Yeye and Mama again this weekend. He is happy as I told him yeye and mama will buy toy toy for him and they did 8) He seem to be able to sense that Papa and Mommy respect granny a lot. So will not go against their will. When we go out he will ensure all of them are around if yeye didn't join he will question us why yeye didn't come with us. And keep calling him to join. Same thing when Mama need to go to work. My baby also understand when I told him we are going back home soon and he look into yeye's eyes and give him a kiss on his cheek. (He don't do it very often only do once for Uncle Vincent and Yeye)

A day to be Celebrated

We have steamboat to celebrate mother's day and Daddy's Birthday

I am so happy as I get to eat my favourite food... Chicken Wings of course.

Penang Trip - 1st Coach Ride

I am ready to have my 1st bus ride to Penang!

Mommy was over excited today, she say she is excitedly stress, as we are taking a coach back to Penang, 1st time in my life and all of us have yet to take a coach back for more then 3yrs. I am very excited when my parents fetching me back from Nanny's house. I seem to know that I will be going on a vacation. We are taking a 16 seaters coach, each seat is very spacious and I knock off immediately after the bus start to move. I didn't wake up during the check point and I continue to sleep until I reach Penang. Yes I sleep throughout the ride, 11.30hrs. But my parents don't sleep very well as they are worried about me being too cold or not comfy. Although I turn and twist and make 360 degree movement on the chair I didn't wake up even when I accidentally move myself out of the seat. My parents were happy the ride and they quietly planning our next trip. We might be going Genting end of May. Since I can behave well on my 1st coach ride.

our last dessert in HK

Last day in HK, can't wait to go home 8) So we went straight to airport after check out. He is dedicated to a seat again (really grateful for UA arrangement) and like our last trip he refuse to sleep on my arm and choose to squeeze and sleep on his seat.

Really miss SGP, no place like home...

Hong Kong Day 4 - 铜锣湾

Timsum in the morning... And Justen say Gong xi Gong xi.

Hot de...龟麟糕, can easily found in HK 50HKD. See the crowd infront of Daddy.

Dessert Day 4, Justen is ordered by Daddy to sleep...

Is a mistake going to this place on Sunday... A real mistake but mommy insist to go as she miss 白糖糕that she ate few years back... But sad to know that they don't make it any more. But she ate another dessert from there which taste similar to it and also very nice 8)

We bought our 2nd set of figurine in Sogo, surprise right... the price is cheaper than those selling in Wong Kok.

Why I say that is a mistake leh, as we plan to go to "Animate" another shop selling figurine and this time we see a lot of maid from all over the world... Just realise that 铜锣湾 will be like Lucky Plaza in Singapore... And the scale is about 3x more than SGP very scary. Can you imagine we can't move forwards on a decent path?

We skip 湾仔which is the electronic district as it is raining so daddy and mommy place to bring Justen back to sleep and take turn doing some last minute shopping before leaving HK.

The highlight of the day is our Korean Dinner at a restaurant near our hotel. They serve very nice and cheap food... Spend about 300HKD for 5 dishes. Justen love their seafood pancake. And spicy miso soup with clam.

Hong Kong Day 3 - Wong Kok

Morning activities, Play and eat Play and eat. Oh and sleep...

Today is Daddy's day, we went to search for Spider man! Like yesterday we wake up early for BF at another Tea Cafe but this one not very nice... And went back to sleep for awhile follow by taking a bath and then eat Tim sum. Then we walk slowly from "You Ma Di" to "Wong Kok" to look for the figurine that daddy is look for but sad to know that it haven't out yet. Got to wait until end of Mar. So sianz 8(

We spend quite sometime in a big shopping centre - Longham, it is a 14level tall building full of shops but more suitable for teenagers. So daddy and mommy didn't get any thing there. Mommy can't believe herself that there isn't any shop selling my clothing too. 14 storey leh... Unbelievable hor. Went back to "JianShaJui" and hope to have luck to get something for all of us but hor still fruitless lor. But we found a really nice Japanese Restaurant selling very nice Ramen and their Don also yummy!

Today only bought a set of "面包超人"figurine but eat a lot of good stuff like "满记" Dessert, and I finally got to try 桂花糕 and Japanese Restaurant Name is something 平安 very funny name hor. We end our day with a sweet treat before reaching the hotel we have a cone of gelato, corn and green tea favour... Yummy. Justen only like the waffle. So we give him all 8)

Sad Daddy didn't manage to get the very chio Spider Man and he told mommy he got no mood shopping for figurine liao... 8( BTW that man will cost him 1000HKD which is about 200SGD... Don't know should say lucky or not.

Hong Kong Day 2 - Ocean Park

Is a F&E trip so we want to have a really leisure one. He wake up early today at 7am... So we have our BF at a Tea Cafe near our hotel. Their Teh C is really nice, and we have "polo bread" and "Pork Chop Bread" too. Have a walk near our hotel and went back for a bath and a nap. We step out of the hotel again around 11am have Timsum after that and proceed to our 1st itinery- Ocean Park. Took a tourist bus to our destination. Ask the little boy to sleep but he only dose off when we reach the park 8( So daddy and mommy got to wait for him to wake up before we can start our viewing around. He woke up just before the Dolphins and Seals Show, was quite excited initially seeing real life creature stunting infront of him but get bore after awhile. Show him to the aqurium on Jelly fish and another big one on all kind of fish but he is more excited to see a big turtle swimming around him. Shouted "turtle, turtle" everytime seeing it swimming towards him. We took a cable car towards the children's world, it was quite scary as the cable car move along the mountain edge and mommy have no mood to see the nice scenery around her. Took a bus back to the city as is about dinner time. Have noodle and he love it. Daddy and mommy are both dog tired and we decided to go back to our hotel and sleep early.

Today is dedicated to Justen and he finally got a chance to see those sea creature that he used to see on TV and flash Card.

Hong Kong Day 1 - Hotel of Terror

Book a cab to T1 alone with Justen, he sleep like a BB and only wake up when we reach airport.

We have BF in McDonald and he have great time running around before boarding.

Justen is not dedicated to a seat as he is below 2yr old so his fare is rather cheap. But UA crews is kind enough to allocate an empty seat for him. So lucky him and grateful for their arrangement. He didn't fuss during plane took off as I latch him and he sleep about 1hr. Occupy his time with biscuit and raisin. He enjoy the ride very much, keep asking the man sleep at the other row to wake up. 3hr 10min ride is considered present for both of us. He didn't ask to come down from his seat too... Surprise me!

Start to feel a bit annoy while doing the immigration, no privilege for infant okie not even for mother with an infant alone. Waited about 30min due to the long queue and no help is given while moving the luggage after check out. (Miss Japan so much) But when see daddy waiting outside the gate all the unhappiness gone liao.

We took a Airport Bus to the hotel we booked on line, once I see the room, I demand to change, even though I got to pay more but the condition of this hotel is really bad, floor are covered with dirty carpet, the mattress cover is like never being wash can feel a bit sticky, the toilet is slippery and without a floor mat. Not to mention about the room size and the condition of the furniture. I can't really stay there for 1 min. So daddy try calling for help and finally the hotel association got us a room at Kimberly Hotel. Finally got mood to walk around after settling down in the hotel.

Our 1st stop of the day is Harbour City... Have a rather simple meal with daddy while Justen fallen asleep. We realised that he sleep more during this trip could it be due to the cool weather.
