White Stork

We are watching a documentary before his bedtime and they are showing a kind of bird, which I only know it name after they showing it... And Justen just point and tell me it is White Stork... To me it look like a crane... But I won't be so sure to say the correct name just like what he did. It really surprise us at least the card flashing is not just let him memorise the picture but he is a able to recognise them in real life.

Color Sense

I am worry for Justen...

As until now he can't really recognise any type of colors...

I try to let him watch video on colors...
He will tell me he don't want to watch the show... and refuse to open his eyes...

I try to ask him to choose the color with playdoh...
He ask me to keep it although he like to play with it...

We do painting on papers and we do stamping on it too...
After a few round he get bore and tell us he want to watch a show 8(

We show him books on colors.
He only interested with the animals but not their colors.

I am thinking whether he don't understand colors or he can't see the different... Hope that he just haven't 开窍。。。 and not that he can't see the different.

Is okie I have Justen!

He saw a small insect crawling on the floor and pointed to me, told me is "Wong Wong Wong", so I ask daddy to help us clear it away. Daddy ignore us and I ask Justen for help instead, he immediately went to get a pc of tissue and pass it to me... I put the small insect onto the tissue and see we don't really need Daddy's help and we are able to finish the task all by ourself. As I have a small helper, little Justen 8)

Passport Photo

They make me sit on a chair and ask me to post, as my passport foto have to renew... To replace my infant foto in the passport. They wanted to change it once I make my passport in 2005 and the person doing it also told us we can change it after seeing my "cute" look. See the foto below you will know why...

(Keep raising his hand when I ask him to post, and the only thing to make him more comparative is give him a pack of raisin while foto taking, but due to that some of the photo is taken while he is chewing and munching)

Singapore Firework 2007

We attended Singapore Firework 2007 today, I closed my eyes half way while watching the show, I cling to mommy and refuse to open my eyes, I am scared... After the show GuMa ask me whether do I want to come again, I told her I rather look at the "dino" in the park. I told her Firework boom... Pa Pa...

Mommy love it, she saw a lot of nice picture, like fountain, flowers and shooting star. Luckily they only come once a year. I might appreciate more next year like Ian and Jan...

Diaperless

According to nanny, he is diaperless at her house, can stand to "she she" too but why he don't show a sign of potty ready at home leh?

Got to check with nanny what trick she used on Justen. How come he can tell her but refuse to do it at home.

Got to be environmental friendly my boy and save for money for other stuff leh...

Mommy hit herself the other day, and I quickly come to her and touch her head and comfort her, I give her a hug and ask her "are you" okie...

Mommy is quite puzzle as she only heard Okie... okie...

That is what she used to do when I hit onto something. I just show my concern like what she did to me.

I felt that we are alike, both very clumsy. Keekee...

Gifts from Taiwan

Didn't buy much during my Twn trip these are things that I bought for my little boi...

Where is Mommy?

I keep asking daddy, where is mommy? And his answer is she is working... Mommy so hardworking that she work over the night and even during weekend 8( Miss her so much...

Today nanny told me I am going to airport to fetch mommy after she changed me to a nice clothing... I am so excited as is being 4 days I didn't see Mommy liao. Just told by daddy mommy went to Taiwan alone for company trip.

I am happy to see her over a glass panel while she is waiting for her luggage in the restricted area... Tried to run through the gate but stop by daddy 8( Once I see her I requested a hug from her and refuse to let her go out of my sight.

She bought me a pair of Nike Shoes and some clothes, I look good on the shoes she bought. 8) So happy that she is back... And I can tell that she is happy too...

See so many pple wearing red today and she want me to blend into the croud.. This is his usual look when I ask him to take foto... He closed his eyes 8(

One Sunday Evening

Mommy is having her monthly migraine today, lying straight on the bed... My sweet daddy tot of making a nice dinner for all of us while she is resting. Just a few minute after he make the decision, he wake mommy up with guilt...

Once she is @ the kitchen she saw all the gadget that she seldom use is on the stove and nothing is done but floor is oily. I am banging on the fridge shouting.

"I want Papaya! I want Papaya... "

The scene was quite shocking for my sicky mommy and the 1st thing she need to settle is me, I was quite delightful to go to the sofa once I heard that she will prepare Papaya for me. My daddy was happy too and we share the papaya in the living room 8)

After making our dinner she go back to rest, that day she didn't have her dinner but the fish that make by my parents are delicious.

Bleed

Mommy was so careless, she cut herself while preparing my lunch... I saw that she bleed and while Daddy looking for a blaster I quickly bring a piece of tissue to her hope that she can stop bleeding. She is very touch with that but sad that I refuse to comfort her... But is just a small cut mah, don't need to be so 大惊小怪 right.

I spit

Oh, don't mistaken, I spit after brushing teeth, no more tap water for me, I will spit out after brushing my teeth. Finally 8)

Still chew on my toothbrush and swallow toothpaste anyway, can't help is so yummy! keekee...

My New Look

I think sometime ago I already mention that Daddy is the one doing flash card with Justen... Today since daddy is engrossed in a show, I took out some of the flash card that he used to flash and show them to him.

1st I flash him a group of cards about nuts, after 2 round of flashing, I stop saying the card that I am flashing and he surprise me with telling me the right name of few of them including Almond and Walnut.

In order to confirm whether is it a coincidence that he might just remember them while I am flashing. I show him another set of card on birds he is able to tell me each of them correctly. Which consist of the following :-
great Indian hornbill - he say hornbill
emperor penguin - he say penguin
white pelican - he say pelican
gadwall - he say gadwall
common kingfisher - he say fisher
black tailed gull - he say black tailed gull
greater flamingo - he say flamingo
Ostrich - he say ostrich
White Stork - he say White Stork
white tailed eagle - he say eagle
(his pronunciation is not very accurate but knowing and saying them correctly already make my jaw going to drop down)

Another set about animals, I told him Lama and he say Ilama... Which is correct, isn't it amazing!

Injured my toe

Today is not my day, when I was enjoying so much during JG sing a long session, I accidentally kick on something and injured one of my left toe. It is so painful, I cry so much that I refuse to go for the outdoor session and sleep on mommy's arm after awhile.

Daddy give me a good massage, and we can see bruise on my little toe, it is so painful! Now I don't run so much and walking since to be a painful task for me too.

Mommy hoping I can tame down a bit before my recovery, I think she too much liao... As althought is painful to walk with an injured toe it didn't stop me from exploring around.
