Day 2 - Macau

Dinner at Dumbo is a very crowded restuarant but serving is very fast. Not a bad experience, their dessert is unique.

Day 2 - We have timsum in a nearby restaurant. Food are not bad but not really good too. Then we go to St Paul's again. This time we climb up a rocky road on top of st Paul's and walk down to the bz street at Senoda Square. Then we proceed to Coloane at Taipa for most famous egg tarts in Macau. We have a tea break there too. We like this little town very much. Then we go to city of dream to get free admission pass to watch a virtue show. The ticket issuing at 3 plus is for 7.30pm. Then we cross over to Venetian for a boat ride. I ask the man riding the boat why didn't sing to us. He say will do so when we reach after half of the ride. He is really a good singer, very one clap for him after he sang. After the ride we go back to City of Dream for the show. We think is a must to watch it if you are going to stay in Macau. Then we proceed to Taipa Village for a Portuguese Dinner at Dumbo Restaurant. Their dessert and cookies are better than their main dishes. Mummy feel that if don't try it like never come to Macau before. As for daddy he feel that St Paul's and Egg tarts is a must in Macau.

Ride a Bike 1-15

Yeah! I can ride a bicycle more steady now! Daddy count 1 to 10 and ask me to balance while riding. I told mommy I can go up to 15.

Day 1 - Macau

Day 1 - Reach Macau in the Evening, check in to Holiday Inn take a bath and have dinner in the room, walk to St. John pass by beautifully lighted casino all are very excited over the neon light and cool weather, Justen is very tired as he didn't sleep a lot in the plane so he sleep all the way from 9pm till the next day. Rayen is the energetic one she didn't sleep till we reach hotel at 10pm and after she finish her milk in the small bb cot. She loves to stay inside and refuse to get out of it. (No Picture on Day 1 as we lost our Camera in Macau)

I can ride for a short while

Daddy came home early today, he brought me out again.

I tried a few times and finally I was able to push my bike with a leg and bring it to paddle for a few second. Mommy saw it too, she is very proud of me and at that moment when she saw me falling down, her heart was going to jump out but she knew that I was handling it very well. I didn't cry and I continued to try.

She felt like crying leh when she saw how I achieved it. She is a proud mommy 8)

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday...

I know the sequence for days...

What do I benefit from that? I don't cry so easily, I don't cry as I don't think everythings happen the next day. I know how to look forward to.

Last time mommy need to ask me not to cry the next day when she is telling me something exciting. Now she just need to tell me when will it happen and I can count the days and look forwards to it.

How exciting! 8) We are going Macau and Hongkong in 6 days times. I didn't cry now, I am counting down to the very special day which I know is going to happen real soon.

Art Class Update

Teacher don't allow me to sit with Jaden and I am not very happy. I insist to sit with him this Saturday, I promise mommy I won't talk to Jaden and I will pay attention in class. Today I learn primary color. Mommy remind me that only when I pay attention I will learn. I remember that too.

Riding a Bike

I don't remember who teach me how to do addition or substraction. But I do remember how I learn how to ride a bike when I am 6years old. That 2 wheels bike belong to my cousins. We do have a lot of fun learning it and I enjoy riding it speeding down the slope 8)

I think this precious moment should be remember. I hope that this memoriable moment is belong to my son and his daddy.

Today both of them work very hard to make it happens. Although Justen is still not very close to it but I know he is working very hard to achieve it 8)

Mister Maker

My favourite TV show now is Mister Maker from Channel 31 - Cbeebies.

That day I told mommy I am making a pair of mittens, she tot I learn in school but I told her is from Mister Maker. I make 1 for Rayen too.

Snow Flakes

We are reading a book on snow storm, and mommy realise that snow flakes are always 6 sided. So the one that we make the other day is not snow flakes. But is ok at least we learn something new. 8)

Swimming Update

Uncle Albert is teaching us free style this month but today he changes his plan. As after 2 wks of coaching he realised that we are quite confuse with free style and frog style. So today he teaches us back stroke. He hold my head and ask me to paddle on water and after awhile he released his hands and I am swimming on my own. Is cool! Mommy is so proud of me 8)

Completion of my 1st Project - Weather and Seasons

I design my mini Lapbook - Seasons and Weather, I read a book on winter and in the book there is a page teaches us how to make "Snow Flakes" so requested my mom's help I add them to my file. I am a weather watcher so I note down weather 3 times a day. Below are the contents of my diary. We went for a picnic on Saturday, 1st day of our holiday with Jovan and his parents. Is a rainy day and we wait for the rain to stop and play at the Playground at Pasir Ris Park.

Sunday I play games at Nanny's house. Monday I went for a bowling session. Tuesday swimming, Wednesday we went to the Zoo. Thursday we went to Po Po's house (My popo hair is cute right and can you see her scar? She just had a fall and there is a scar on her forehead.). Friday we fetch mommy from her company outing and it is raining. Saturday we have a play group at Shauna's house with Daryll and Crystal too. Sunday I spend an evening at my Po Po's house again this time I draw my 3 cousins.

Great fans of Ben10. No more??

I am a hardworking boy and I love to do assignment exercises. After completing the questions, mommy promise to give me 5 stickers, she passed 5 ben10 stickers to me. I rejected telling her those are for little boy, for me I prefer something more mature. I request for 5 stars.

Since I don't like Ben10 anymore, mommy ask me can she sell away the mix and match ben10 toy. My answer is no, as that is for bigger boy. (???)

My Violent Sister.

Rayen is my sister. Like all girls she gets moody and unpredictable sometimes. When she gets irritated she will gets rather violent. She will hit me on my chest or any of my body parts near her. I know is not right to fight so I only complain to mommy about her act. One day while she is doing so, mommy "sayang" me and told Rayen to do the same thing. She did what mommy ask her to do.

Mommy explained to me, Rayen relate and learn a lot from me, if I want her to love me I need to show her the love to her too. If she is good, I will be double good. A bit hard to adsorb for me now but I am learning to understand it.

The Zoo

From stick man to man with shapes but no clothing to man with clothes and to man with fingers, I see so much improvement on his drawing. The drawing below is after I told him about thunderstorm. I told him about the needle that grounded the lightning, he draw a banana and told me that is to avoid the building to be strike by lightning. He giggles to me and told me that Justen still having big ears and long arm 8) holding a colorful umbrella going towards the building to hide. As I told him about the safety when there are lightning and thunder.

1st Project - Weather and Seasons Part 1

I need to do a project on Mar Holiday on Weather and Seasons. My 1st job before starting on this project is to borrow lot of books on weather and Seasons from Library. Mommy say I am a weather watcher during this holiday. I have to note down Date, Time, Day, Temperature as well as weather on morning, afternoon and night. I am very proud of my new roll and keep tell everyone about it.

1st lesson on 2 wheel cycling

We brought our bicycle to the Voideck while waiting Gu Jiong.

I cried when I can't ride the bike, is not so simple as I thought. I requested mama for help but she say I need to balance myself in order to learn. I cried again for a while but realising I will not learn if I continue crying I tried to balance myself a little. Is so rewarding to learn balancing all by myself and I can control a little. I didn't wear the gear as per plan as meimei insist to have it on her too. Haiiz got to get a set for her before I can really hands on.

Anyway good trying.

Mommy I want to ride on a 2 wheels bike, 4 wheels are for toddlers, I am big boy I want to ride on 2 wheels.

My 1st wish is pending, 2nd wish is granted but I need to get safety gear before I can start learning.

Spring @ Marina Bay

We took dinner in my favourite restaurant as they give toys for kids meal like Mac Donald. V day is coming so I help Daddy and Mommy take a beautiful picture and took a picture with my beloved mommy.

We firework at the bay and Both me and Rayen love it too...

After the show we walk towards Marina bay to have some feel of CNY, Rayen shouted "Elmo" when she saw a big statue standing at the bay wearing red sparkling gold dust towards the crowd.

I have a sugar art lolli, I spin the wheel and got myself a rooster candy. We have lot of fun at the small funfair near the bay. See the picture on the top right corner. That is how I protect my little sister.

Uncle Piao

Mommy:

Lunch with Uncle Piao(our company contractor) today, he is talking about his 2 children, both 30+... While talking about his eldest daughter, he is speaking with a smile, that kind of smile coming deep from his heart. Uncle Piao's daughter is a SAHM he is released and happy to see that his girl is growing up and taking good care of his 2 children well. What a parent asking from their children? Is seeing them growing up and learning how to take care of themselve as well as others. I have a happy lunch today 8)

Malacca 2 days Trip - 2010

This is my 1st trip to Malacca and daddy's 1st driving trip to Malaysia, we enjoy the short trip very much. We had authentic Nyonya food, Hainan Chicken rice and Hakar Food. Taking picture with reptiles and walking along night market at Jonker Street. Many fun swimming in the well maintained swimming pool in the hotel and many fun playing with my cousins too.

There is a Ferris wheel in Malacca but now it stop operating due to some management issue, I keep pester mommy to bring me there, hopefully someone will buy over it so that it will start turning around in July 8)

Jaden is so daring, he push away the snake as he want to sit next to them, he pull the iguana tail really hard when it is trying to walk away from us.

I love the slide, this pool is .9m if I can't swim I can only play at the BB pools.

Very nice night market and we spend about 30min watch a street show of a Old man performance some stunt using his fingers to break a coconut. Really amazing!

Mama miss this dish so much she love the riceball which is very fragrant.

Crying Baby

Mommy:

He has being a crying baby lately... Play snake and ladder I win he cried. Play clay he can't do some part of the leopard he cried. At kite festival he can't get the parachute he cried.

Learning how to win is important but knowing how to accept looses is more important in life. Hope my little boy can handle it better after all it is just a game 8)

虎年行好运

This is my 1st art and craft that kept by teacher, she say will only give me back 2 weeks later. My parents say look like "大番粟" but is cute.

What do I do lately?

I have being staying in school for a longer time. I leave home at 8am and I only reach home at 3pm. Having more work in school mean I have lesser time at home. Mom don't give me work in the day time and I get to do some drawing and take short nap before she comes home daily. We will have some games like snake and ladder, old maid, happy family, snap, phonic mix and match, imath and many others games once she has time. I enjoy gaming time with my parents.

Picnic @ the Reservoir

I told mommy I wanted to go for a picnic so here are we @ Lower Pierce Reservoir. I learnt to walk on rocky road and try to catch guppies and Lobster (Yes, daddy is trying to catch a palm size lobster hiding near the rock). Is hot but I enjoy the outing very much.

Star Glazing

Today the sky is so clear after a heavy rain in the morning. Is the right time to visit Science Centre again (yes we came here before but we didn't get to the dome as is way too cloudy). I am very excited when I know that I am going to see Moon really closely. 1st I saw a group of stars - Orion then the PIC point and tell us the position of Mar. I get to see the moon really close and I see the surface of it was rough. Then I see Mar with the telescope is orange in color.

Santa

Mommy told me if I am good, santa will come and put toys all over me on Xmas before I am awake.

2009-2010 Xmas to New Year @ Penang

We took a aeroplane to Penang, is a breeze to travel by air as we reach there in an hour. 8)
Like Singapore there are stage show @ shopping mall, the one at Queenbay is Batman, we come down to this place twice but didn't manage to watch it.Toy Museum, heard that they have the largest collection in SEA, there are a lot of figurines on display not a bad visit at all 8) The famous temple in Penang Ji Le Si, we do tortoise feeding and we take a lift look alike tram to the top nice place to come too.

We do 2hrs swimming daily, meimei love it too. I got my 1st Uno card game too barking everyone to play with me but not happy when I loose the game. Playing with neighbour's dog, feeding Yeye's fish, riding bicycle, riding on yeye's motor bike, are the usual things I do which I enjoy very much.

擦屁股 (Excuse me)

I told mommy I wanted to clean my "pi pi" while I am sitting on the toilet bowl this morning. I am holding 1 small pc of toilet paper with pride, I told her I am going to clean with it 8) She didn't allow me to do so and she asked me to get a few more then I start cleaning it all by myself.

A frog to be...

Uncle Albert is rather happy with me during my 1st lesson of yr 2010. I can swim on my own without a float for 4x25m. I am very proud of myself and I told mommy I can swim in the deep pool too. She say I am still a tadpole not a frog yet. I am growing fine so all the legs are out but if I am too proud of myself I might turn into a toad instead of a frog. She just want me to be humble. After all she is very proud of me.
