Where is Mommy?

I keep asking daddy, where is mommy? And his answer is she is working... Mommy so hardworking that she work over the night and even during weekend 8( Miss her so much...

Today nanny told me I am going to airport to fetch mommy after she changed me to a nice clothing... I am so excited as is being 4 days I didn't see Mommy liao. Just told by daddy mommy went to Taiwan alone for company trip.

I am happy to see her over a glass panel while she is waiting for her luggage in the restricted area... Tried to run through the gate but stop by daddy 8( Once I see her I requested a hug from her and refuse to let her go out of my sight.

She bought me a pair of Nike Shoes and some clothes, I look good on the shoes she bought. 8) So happy that she is back... And I can tell that she is happy too...

One Sunday Evening

Mommy is having her monthly migraine today, lying straight on the bed... My sweet daddy tot of making a nice dinner for all of us while she is resting. Just a few minute after he make the decision, he wake mommy up with guilt...

Once she is @ the kitchen she saw all the gadget that she seldom use is on the stove and nothing is done but floor is oily. I am banging on the fridge shouting.

"I want Papaya! I want Papaya... "

The scene was quite shocking for my sicky mommy and the 1st thing she need to settle is me, I was quite delightful to go to the sofa once I heard that she will prepare Papaya for me. My daddy was happy too and we share the papaya in the living room 8)

After making our dinner she go back to rest, that day she didn't have her dinner but the fish that make by my parents are delicious.

Bleed

Mommy was so careless, she cut herself while preparing my lunch... I saw that she bleed and while Daddy looking for a blaster I quickly bring a piece of tissue to her hope that she can stop bleeding. She is very touch with that but sad that I refuse to comfort her... But is just a small cut mah, don't need to be so 大惊小怪 right.

I spit

Oh, don't mistaken, I spit after brushing teeth, no more tap water for me, I will spit out after brushing my teeth. Finally 8)

Still chew on my toothbrush and swallow toothpaste anyway, can't help is so yummy! keekee...

My New Look

So Surprise

Mommy's words with proud...

I think sometime ago I already mention that Daddy is the one doing flash card with Justen... Today since daddy is engrossed in a show, I took out some of the flash card that he used to flash and show them to him.

1st I flash him a group of cards about nuts, after 2 round of flashing, I stop saying the card that I am flashing and he surprise me with telling me the right name of few of them including Almond and Walnut.

In order to confirm whether is it a coincidence that he might just remember them while I am flashing. I show him another set of card on birds he is able to tell me each of them correctly. Which consist of the following :-

emperor penguin - he say penguin
white pelican - he say pelican
gadwall - he say gadwall
common kingfisher - he say fisher
black tailed gull - he say black tailed gull
greater flamingo - he say flamingo

(his pronunciation is not very accurate but knowing and saying them correctly already make my jaw going to drop down)

Another set about animals, I told him Lama and he say Ilama... Which is correct, isn't it amazing!

Injured my toe

Today is not my day, when I was enjoying so much during JG sing a long session, I accidentally kick on something and injured one of my left toe. It is so painful, I cry so much that I refuse to go for the outdoor session and sleep on mommy's arm after awhile.

Daddy give me a good massage, and we can see bruise on my little toe, it is so painful! Now I don't run so much and walking since to be a painful task for me too.

Mommy hoping I can tame down a bit before my recovery, I think she too much liao... As althought is painful to walk with an injured toe it didn't stop me from exploring around.

Costly Haircut at Junior League

Before :- Quite happy to sit next to 2 gold hair Jie Jie...

During :- Watching Hi 5 attentively.

Going to finish... Yeah!!!

We spent S$30 for my new look, expensive hor... Reason bcos we took a cab to Paragon and realised that the shop is closed so we proceeded to United Square. Haircut was S$18 and cab fees was S$12.

No queuing, no crying everything is going rather smooth this time... Me so brave hor. I am a bit worry initially, but after the 1st pc of candy is put into my mouth, all in my minds was when can I have the next one.

Barber Auntie is so nice she secretly give me a small pack of chocolate so that I don't need to share with mommy. Mommy eaten almost 2/3 of the candy before putting into my mouth, so greedy hor. Anyway I am a good boi during the whole session, I need to be like a man between two blue eyes babe.

My parents are happy with my new look - Clean and Neat 8)

Fruits and Vegetables

He is able to recognise a few types of fruits and vegetables...

But those he's not so sure he will group them into the following:-

Green Vegetable is 菜 which include lettuce, cabbage and even cucumber...

Items he know is fruits but don't know their name will be classified as fruits.

Anything which is not categorise to the above will be Potato which include onion, garlic and lychee etc.

So Funny...

Daddy is making funny face and he try to make me laugh...
I look at mommy and tell her, Daddy is so funny.

回家

I really looking forwards to evening, as my parents will come and fetch me. I will give them a very very sweet welcome smile and once nanny mama feedback on my progress of the day I will smile to her and say Mama see you bye bye... In order to stop her from cont her words.

Instead of crossing the road which is faster, they choose to use the overhead bridge for my safety. They really "用心良苦" hor...

I am also given permission to walk on the narrow path near the road... My naggy mommy will keep reminding me not to step down the path, how to forget her words wor.

Then she will play hide and seek to lead me to our lift. Normally I will stop for awhile and sit on the path like the Old Granny did in the morning.

Once we reach home I will offer help to open our door remove my shoe and keep them in our shoes cabinet. Then follow by washing my hands with "Sah Boon"( a new words I know from nanny) and dry them. And “噔噔噔噔。。。” I am home and ready for my milk and my favourite video time.

Sicky Family

Visit Allyson again, just when mommy thought that so long didn't weight me liao. Really suay 好的不灵坏的灵。。。

I have a bad cough, nose congested and a sligh fever, my mom have a itch throat and daddy is not feeling well for more then a week and now he also kena the flu bugs.

Very cranky during meal time as sore throat mah how to eat... I don't even want my favourite fruit - apple.

Can't sleep well too cry so many time middle of the nite and wanted mommy to sleep with me all nite long, ask her to pat me to sleep but she always fallen asleep half way through. Think I really make them so tired just hope that we all can recover soon and gain back the sleep that we missed.

Update :- I am now 12kg 86cm... @ 22mths

Singing Time

He love to sing and here are the few songs that I heard him singing... Although not very "zhun" and he anyhow change breathe but we know what is he singing. I love to hear him singing, Record down his voice and it killed the boring moment on my way home...

Justen is a bit "black" today, fall down while running around and hurt his elbow a bit... Have a scratches under his nose while playing at nanny's house and hit his lip while playing with Ah Ben. Cry a big time and I am really heart pain to see his blister on his lip due to the fall. Hope he can recover soon and be more careful while moving around.

Bridges Montessori Kindergarten

Woman really like to change their mind... My mom change hers too, she decided to sign me up for Bridges... We are impressed with their study material and the students progress. Each of them doing their work independently. Is a terrace house with open concept everyone is concentrating and attentive with their own work no pushing or crying. I also try to join in their activities... I try to transfer a cup of rice using a spoon to another and I wanted to drink the orange juice that just squeeze by a girl. I also try to fill up the watering pot like the boy who is helping on the gardening. Is so fun. My parents are impressed with a boy who just finish spelling a few words, windmill and rocket and another girl doing addition of 4 digits. Everything are well organised. Their school fee is a bit steep but my parents feel that is very difficult to reconsider another one after visiting them. Some great news to share, Ian will be changing to morning session next year and Jaden will be joining me for the Pre-Nursery so we will meet in school every day starting for Jan 2008. Isn't it great! Look forwards to go school leh, as next time I can squeeze my own orange juice, I didn't get to drink today, the girl pour it away so wasted hor...

Every morning after I am awake I will look for mommy. I will push daddy away and sleep next to mommy. Her hug is really warm leh. Love this special moment with her. She told me she love it too, and this give her extra energy that last for the rest of the day.

Mommy the hair Stylist?

Left foto taken 1 day after my hair cut, right one taken after 4 days...

Mommy bought 2 scissors... And she make me sit on my bath tub and trim my hair while watching "Cars"(My favourite show at the moment). She is very excited over it and felt that she did a good job. I look a bit *gon* but she say not to worry as normally will have 三日呆 after a new hair cut...

Is being 4 days after the trim and I still look 呆呆 lor. How har?

Now her eyes is aiming on daddy but he rejected her kindness... I hope I can too 8( Someone please help...

Shape Sorting Cart

Recently he like to pull his ikea cart around... and yesterday he found something more interesting. Watching me pulling it around 8( I try to convince him to ask Daddy to do the job, his reply is no, mommy "push" (still confuse with pull and push) . He will follow me or guide me around the room... Another person in the room just watch, his reply is Justen only ask mommy to do it mah.

Porridge

Mommy make extra porridge today so that Daddy can have my porridge for lunch while she visit Po Po in the afternoon. Daddy look at me with sympathy he say I am really a good boy after coming back from Po Po 's house. He say he eat his lunch for the sack of eating and yet I being eating it without complains for months.

Not Fair!

Justen is treating daddy better, I am unbalance 8(

He is able to sleep by himself when daddy sleep him, all he need to do is stay in the room. Justen will sleep on his own while daddy watch a show on TV... If I sleep him he will say, "来，妈咪睡觉", sometime I tot he is asleep and go out of the room he will search for me and say come mommy, sleep...

Daddy is able to play PSP while sleeping him, just accompanying him and our little boy will guai guai sleep by himself. I tot it might work on me too, so I decided to play Sudoku while sleeping him he say "妈咪，不要玩！睡觉。。。" so unfair hor...

Story of Bolster

Ian Ian gor gor have a bunny bolster, is a gift during his full month shower, and from that day this little bunny become his buddy and every nite he need to sleep with it... We all help to search something similar but failed... So they think of ways to get ride of this little bunny, sometime they will tell Ian Ian they throw it away, and he will look for it in all the trush bin, sometime they tell him it is dirty and he will look for it in the washing machine, one day Guma even told Ian Ian bunny is dead, and he is shock and sad after hearing it as he do not know where to find dying bunny... And this little dirty and smelly ( actually not so bad lah, as Guma got wash it when he is not around) bunny is special to him and they are still living together happily ever after...

Due to that, mommy changed my bolster very often and she bought those easy to find kind so that even I get attached with one she is able to get a replacement. So the number of bolster increases over time, now I have 9 bolsters but I only like 2 of them(luckily still got replacement) and need to dedicate to the cover that I like(troublesome Baby). No choice lor she hope that the story of Ian's bunny won't happen to me but it happened again...

*Justen will look for his special bolster before bedtime, he is able to find it in the dark, the other day he brought his bao bao to me and asked me to go to the bedroom, when I asked him to close the door after entering the room he placed his bao bao on the floor and closed it with his two little hand... After the door is closed he realise his bao bao is not around. As my little boy placed his bao bao outside the entrance ^_^"

*Another day, daddy was angry with him for not informing him after he poo... And my little boy know that daddy is not happy, he quickly passed his beloved bao bao to comfy him. Daddy didn't accept it lor as he need to continue his acting but how to get angry with him wor so sweet lor ^.^

Party at Audrey Mei Mei's House

I was invited to Audrey mei mei full mth shower, is a big celebration once I stepped out of the lift I turn to the left as I see a big crowd on the right. So crowded how to go in wor, of course choose a path with no pple lor. I only withdraw for a sec, and I followed mommy into the crowd to "God Mummy" 's house. There are a lot of pple, I am happy and forget about my parents they say I blended well with all ages... I only look for mommy once during the 2 hrs occasion to ensure she is still around. Sometime I am in room 1 and then I was push to room 2 and most of the time I am mingling around the living room with the big adult they enjoy my accompany very much... I enjoy myself very much too. Should have such event more often hor, I heard Auntie Candy say our next gathering is my birthday wor, but my mommy don't want to make it big leh. So sad hor, must learn to pester Mommy to hold a small party for me ^_^

大便要讲 Part 3

Just when we felt disappointed about his potty training, he say 大便要讲 again after his lunch today, so papa quickly bring him the potty and he manage to produce something after awhile...

Think he is also proud of himself and come to me quickly after his business while I just finish my bath... He told me 大便要讲 and can see that he really happy after our praising 8)

Hopefully we are one step closer to diaper free 8)

大便要讲 Part 2

Just after we are happy that he inform us after he poo, he say 大便要讲 again this evening after his milk, and so proud of him when I see nothing on his diaper quickly remove his diaper and bring him to the toilet, put him on the potty for 15min... Wait and wait, praise him for telling us before he did... But we happy to fast liao. As after 15min of waiting there is nothing coming out. And 1hr later while making him sleep he say 大便要讲 again... And put him to potty again since nothing on the diaper and again no output 8( Wandering is he pee or poo 8( everything is 大便要讲 8(

Sigh... Think still need to give him more time and be more patience *_*"

We always told him to inform us if he wants to poo... And he always do it after he poo 8(

Incident 1:-
Before changing his diaper I ask him whether he poo, he quickly say 大便要讲... And when I checked he already poo just say it after I told him I am going to check 8(

Incident 2:-
He went into the toilet and get trapped! After the door is open he worried that I will scold him and he quickly say 大便要讲 8( Again the shit is out liao...

But at least now he will inform us after shitting and not keeping silent and wait for us to realise it ourself.

Trapped

Mommy told me she has to do some work in the kitchen, and she ask me to be a good boy in the bedroom. I did what she say but then I feel a urge to poo and I think I can do all myself, so I push the toilet door and walk in, just when I closed the door I poo(on my diaper) and I am trap in it. I heard mommy shouting for me, think she never tot that I will go into the toilet all myself, luckily I don't really know how to lock the door else she will have a hard time release me out from there. I saw her eyes red and hold me tight when she come for my rescue. I was shock but I didn't cry as I am a big boy now. She warned me never go into the toilet alone... I don't think I will do it again lor inside is so scary leh think she will not hear my shout even if I cry for it.

Daddy is not as daring as me, he refuse to let me climb the ladder leading to the slide, keep asking me to play with the little slide below 8( I am so angry that he treat me like a baby, so he give in and let me try once... They's fun, can I try again? This time with no help from him and I feel a great achievement. (PS an uncle offer his son to look after me on top of the slide as the tunnel is too small for daddy to climb up, so kind of him hor)

Appreciation from mommy...

Daddy was very touch when I pass this an envelope to him. He is a bit shock when he saw my master piece 8) He say is like da vinci Code. No doubt is done by me with minimum help from mommy. After a few day of teaching I am able to express my wishes to him by saying "HAPPY FATHER'S DAY"... Mama teach me secretly before my bed time, I didn't repeat after her until Sunday. I'm actually saying it when mommy prompted me by saying "HAPPY"...

I sleep Mommy

I wanted to have a roll switched, as I am a big boi now, 21st mth old today and I decided to sleep my mommy. I say " hug hug daddy, hug hug mommy, hug hug gong gong, hug hug mama, hug hug po po, hug hug ye ye... sometime I will pulse for a minute and continues my rhythm. Then I will say good nite daddy good nite mommy and so one... And I finally make my precious mommy sleep before I did...

Kiss me Goodbye

I am a bit tired today, so daddy carrying me to the lift and I still lying on his shoulder. My eyes are only half opened. When mommy come to me and ask for a goodbye kiss, I refused, too lazy to raise my head for the kiss. Once I entered the lift and door closed, I start to fuss, I think I felt something missing. I demand daddy to return home to give mommy a goodbye kiss before we proceed to nanny's house. He give in and we take the lift back, after the kiss I am satisfied, and happily wave her goodbye will a very sweet smile.

New achievement at the Playground

I am given permission to climb the bar up to the very tall slide, normally I am prohibited to it but now mommy feel that I am ready for more challenge. It is so fun.

Relocated

Gu Ma's Birthday is coming, and we are invited to celebrate her birthday in advance... It is at a very high class chinese resturant at Oriental Hotel. Once we stepped into the place I felt a bit weird as all others are eating quietly. And once we reached, we created some noise. Actually is a lot of noise... Ian complain that he is not given plastic utensil just like Jaden and me. Jaden was happy with his and make some drumming sound with them. And I overheard Ian's complain and throw one of my fork to him... All this happen within 5mins. And we are relocated to their VIP room the next min. keekee... Anyway we have a rather joyful dinner and not to forget we saw a star chef executive there too. Snap a picture with him too.

Jogging

Persistant Little Helper

After we went into our bed room, the door must be closed anyone forgot to do so, our little helper will volunteer to do it without failed.

Everyone must remove glasses when light is off, if you don't do it, our little helper will remove for you.

Little helper will check on you too, he will come close to you, so close that his mouth will nearly touch yours to see are you asleep. Your eyes must be closed at this time as he will only turn to sleep mode if he know that you are asleep ahead of him.

If you ask little helper to go into the toilet, he will insist he wants to brush his teeth, so even he have done his teeth brushing once, he will ask again if he is inside the toilet.

Once nanny's hand phone rang, little helper will take his shoes and wave goodbye and tell everyone mama is coming to fetch him 8) irregardless the timing and who actually called

1st Movie... Yeah!!!

Daddy called nanny today at 3pm, he told her that he will be fetching me at 5.30pm... I didn't get the message clear and told nanny I am going home straight after the phone call and attempt to get my shoes and insist her to open the door for me. Anyway I got to go off as per plan and I fallen a sleep in the train before reaching Cinema.

Mama is waiting for me at Cineleisure and Shrek 3 here we go!

This time I am allocate to a seat as this is mummy's company event, tot she so generous leh... Free one mah. Keekee...

I finished the show without fallen asleep, just making a bit noise when the boring part and stare at the screen at the action part. I am quite cooperative throughout the show. Didn't really fuss and only keep looking at the very big uncle at the back of my seat. I told mummy I am scared... keekee mommy so paiseh keep asking me to look at the screen.

They conclude that I don't really like this show as I didn't talk much after it. Normally I will ask for more if the show is interesting. Daddy say luckily it is free. Anyway they feel that I am a big boi now and I am ready for more ... Upcoming are Fantastic 4 and Transformer... Yeah Yeah... I see my daddy smiling, he seem to be more happy than me 8)

Upgraded MRT Ride

Of course this is not my 1st MRT ride, what I mean is this is my 1st ride without sitting on my pram. Don't need to face my parents anymore... I am happy to be given a seat back home from Central a new Shopping Centre in Town. I remain a good boi, sit and move around the seat for the whole journey. I am friendly to the passengers sitting around me, giving them cheeky smile and calling them Gor Gor, Jie Jie to break the ice. Some of them will return me with smiles but some of them seem to be tired and they try to look away from my smile but is okie lah. I still enjoy the ride very much.

Where is my 3pcs puzzle?

I am a clever boy, I am able to fix 1 set of the transportation puzzle that mummy bought for me, I am so proud of myself, every time(or many time) after digging out the helicopter puzzle from the rest of all I fixed and clapped to praise myself and I demand praising from my parents too. Today all 3 pcs of it is MIA, I couldn't find any one of them wander where they gone. Think I have to promote to do my 4 pcs Ambulance puzzle. Have to work harder for their praise. Boohoo...
